What this website collects, and what it does not.

The website

This site is static pages. It sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party ad or social trackers, and does not sell or share visitor data. It uses a privacy-respecting, first-party analytics service to count visits and see which pages are read; those measurements are aggregate and are not used to identify anyone.

The forms

When you submit a form here, we receive what you typed: your name if you gave one, your email address, your organization, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you requested access, to run license review. You will receive one confirmation email to verify the address. We do not add you to marketing sequences, and we do not sell or rent the list. To have your inquiry deleted, reply to any message from us and say so.

The platform is a different document

The Verumdare platform — the entity corpora and knowledge graph this site describes — is available only under a license agreement, and that agreement, not this page, governs its data practices, permitted uses and restrictions. Two commitments worth stating publicly all the same: the platform is built on public record and licensed sources, and it is not a consumer reporting agency; nothing it provides may be used for purposes governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Requests about the record

If you believe a record about you or your organization is inaccurate, use the contact form and say so. Correction requests are reviewed against sources, and where the record is wrong, the record gets fixed — that is rather the point of the company.
