The company
The record deserved better tooling.
The professionals who have to be right about people and companies — security teams, compliance officers, investigators, underwriters, program offices — still spend their days doing what a search engine cannot: reading, reconciling, dating and filing. The material is mostly public. The labor is brutal. The result lives in somebody's folder and goes stale the day it is finished.
Verumdare exists to do that labor continuously, at machine scale, to an investigator's standard: a maintained corpus per entity, a graph of the relationships between them, and a version history that means the record can be replayed as it stood on any date.
The company is Verumdare LLC, a Texas limited liability company, based in Keller, Texas. The name is bastard Latin — verum dare, to give the truth — and it is a mirror held up to the record: we report what the record shows, and we show our sources.

Founder
Charles has been building software since 1997. In 2008 he founded Renkara Media Group, Inc. in Chicago and shipped AccelaStudy on the App Store's opening day — the store's first language flashcards app. Renkara grew to more than 300 published apps and 30 million downloads, then spent the following decade turning into an AI and machine-learning engineering company.
That second act produced AVIAN, an adaptive learning engine, and a patent portfolio he is the sole inventor on — 49 filings and 1,158 claims across 302 distinct inventions. He is also a cloud architect who has built platforms and infrastructure for Fortune 1000 companies, including the kind of data systems this platform is made of.
Verumdare is a separate company with the same working method: very few people, models running every part of the pipeline that a model can run, and human judgment spent where it actually changes the answer.
AI-first, and not as a slogan
Ingestion, resolution, reconciliation and drafting are model work, with human judgment steering. It is why a company this size can maintain a record this wide without becoming a staffing business.
Evidence over inference
Models propose; the record disposes. Nothing enters a corpus on a model's say-so alone — a fact ships with its source or it does not ship.

Where the record is thin we say so, plainly. The people using this platform act on it, and a confident blank is a lie with good posture.
Built to be consumed
The first customers are systems, not screens: APIs, MCP tools, standing queries. Our sister company, Apex Predictive, runs its prediction engine against this platform — the harshest customer we could ask for.
